We are building a customer experience and service which is unparalleled in the trading technology sector. An account management role at FlexTrade is driven by open, honest partnerships with our clients - the top Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Banks and Broker-dealers in APAC & Australia. You'll be given plenty of autonomy, ownership and freedom to improve things. We're looking for talented people that can take a problem, and craft-fully implement solutions. This role offers you the ability to contribute to customer strategy, while proactively ensuring a high value service to our customers. Internally - account management works collaboratively with various departments - anything that allows a client implementation and maintenance to go smoother, is up for grabs for ideas on reorientation.


What you'll get to do

New Client Implementations

  • Co-ordinate and run project kick-off's
  • Co-ordinate delivery with internal project teams and the client
  • Manage scope of projects and agree go-live milestones with clients
  • Liaise and build relationships across different stakeholders at a clients
  • Actively manage tricky situations with a client with tact and honesty

Mature Clients

  • Actively work on mature clients, understanding their use of the system and checking in periodically
  • Work with internal support teams when production issues occur and ensure good communication with clients at all times
  • Contribute to internal planning, delivery and communication with clients
  • Attend demos for new functionality provided, and project catch-ups with clients

Strategic Initiatives

  • Help define FlexTrade's Customer Strategy
  • Provide insight and input into FlexTrades ROE's on client communications
  • Help drive change and efficiency in client implementations and maintenance

Requirements

Desired Qualities

  • Experience in trading/sales trading/account management in Equities, FX or Fixed Income markets
  • Pro-active candidates with a focus on problem solving
  • Customer focused with an emphasis on creating long lasting partnerships
  • The basics of product management, including defining an MVP, and feature commercialisation.
