This is a unique opportunity to become part of our Diverse and strategic Human Resource team reporting to SVP, Global Human Resource. The AVP – Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness will partner with the Business Leaders towards continuous improvement on Performance Management and Talent Management Systems, identify Learning modules, manage and implement - career development, promotion, leadership and managerial trainings, diversity initiatives, and annual processes including year-end compensation. Create and implement L&D strategy and annual roadmap You will also get the exposure to collaborate and work with our Global HR Team.  All of these while having fun at work!


  • Stakeholder Management: Working in partnership with the Business leaders and key stakeholders like Finance, Legal, HRBP and Talent Acquisition in a collaborative environment. Become a trusted advisor to the Business Leaders with a focus on critical thinking, outstanding judgement and problem-solving capabilities. Support and provide guidance to business leaders during the year-end promotion process. Also includes, partnering with stakeholders on internal investigations and compliances, as required.
  • Learning & Development: Provide support, insight and guidance to Business leaders on the Learning & Development requirement, identify gaps and execute training modules and development programs for high potential employees. Work with the leadership team on Learning Programs leveraging both internal and external resources. Ensure best practice on People Development, Performance Management and Talent Management learning modules for employees growth and promotions.
  • Project Management: Able to work on some of the ongoing HR Projects and take ownership of special projects as required by the reporting manager and leadership team. Come up with new and innovative project ideas that will help the Business leaders strategize better process, operations and practices for Talent Engagement.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Ensure complete support in all the steps of the “employees’ life cycle”. Provide oversight of the global HR processes such as 360/performance evaluation, promotion, compensation, and talent management. Create and implement effective change management processes.
  • Data driven decision & Tech Savvy: Build a mechanism to integrate data insights that will help Business leaders make effective decisions. Analyze Employee Engagement survey results and collaborate with the Business to come up with Solutions or new initiatives. Identify tools, technologies as well as strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Effective Communication & Presentation Skill: Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Enthusiastic to share new ideas and execute strategies and solutions effectively.
