  • Lead onboarding efforts for new TCA and surveillance clients across equities and multi-asset workflows

  • Gather and document client requirements, workflows, reporting needs, and data specifications

  • Coordinate with client technology teams and internal engineering resources on connectivity, FIX workflows, APIs, SFTP setup, and data ingestion

  • Validate and reconcile incoming order and execution data to ensure data quality and accuracy

  • Manage implementation timelines, testing, UAT, training, and go-live support

Client Services & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients

  • Conduct regular client reviews focused on execution quality, TCA findings, surveillance alerts, and workflow optimization

  • Deliver analytics presentations and explain trading results to traders, heads of trading, compliance teams, and portfolio managers

  • Troubleshoot client issues related to data, benchmarks, analytics, reporting, and platform workflows

  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and high-touch support

Trading Analytics & Surveillance

  • Analyze pre-trade, real-time, and post-trade trading analytics

  • Support trade surveillance workflows including alert review, calibration, and investigative analysis

  • Assist clients with benchmarking, peer analysis, broker evaluations, and execution optimization

  • Help clients interpret trends across execution performance, liquidity, participation rates, venue selection, and algorithm behavior

  • Support ad hoc client analysis requests and customized reporting initiatives

Internal Collaboration & Product Feedback

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams

  • Translate client feedback into actionable product enhancement requests

  • Assist with Proofs of Concept (PoCs), client trials, and strategic evaluations

  • Help improve onboarding processes, documentation, training materials, and operational workflows
