About the Position
The Client Services team provides first line support to our clients, from both the Flextrade offices as well as from the field.
Successful staff members on the Client Services team must be able to view problems from the client's perspective and deliver accurate solutions to the issues raised in a timely manner. An inquisitive nature is a must because many problems don't have obvious solutions, and the root cause may be something not obviously related to the symptoms exhibited.
The Client Services team needs to be able to maintain "situational awareness" such that they can manage the first level call with the customer, and effectively utilize the team resources across Flextrade required to solve problems, whether the cause requires networking, connectivity, level 2 or development support.
Client Services Representatives must maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure, handle customers who can be difficult and aggressive, and strive to provide the highest quality and effective support service.
