About You


FlexTrade are seeking an experienced recruiter to join their London team. The successful candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills and have a real passion for recruitment. This position will work alongside the HR team, reporting to VP Talent Acquisition and solely responsible for the recruitment activities in EMEA.


Requirements

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Social Network Savvy: Leveraging innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify and attract the right prospects and build a strong pipeline of candidates. Use recruitment marketing platforms to launch recruitment campaigns, optimize upon the open-source tool and technologies to build in networks.
  • Talent Advisor: working hand-in hand with the business leaders and hiring manager by providing them with the talent strategies and market intelligence. Open to share new ideas, local market knowledge and take complete ownership and accountability.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Prepare Job Description, identify suitable sourcing avenues, screen/interview prospective candidates and schedule interviews, assessments. Provide feedbacks, offer process and onboarding.
  • Collaborative: This is one of the most critical cross functional Talent Acquisition roles who will align and partner with HRBP and other key stakeholders.
  • Process Driven: Drive fair and consistent evaluation process by maintain necessary documentation/data integrity and reports using the internal ATS.
  • Market Information- awareness of competitive market landscape within EMEA region including emerging startup companies, modern technology knowledge to hire the right talent including attending career fairs and recruiting events.

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferred from FinTech or IT Sector.
  • Strong presentation and recruiting skills including Offer and onboarding of New Hires.
  • Strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of current trends in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, training, diversity tracking and measurement systems.
  • Willing to support multiple business functions including Sales and Technical roles.
  • Open to work in a Hybrid Environment.
