About You
FlexTrade are seeking for a Corporate Recruiter - experienced in Technical Recruiter to join our London team. The successful candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills and have a real passion for technical recruitment. The Corporate Recruiter will own, manage and be the single point of contact for in-house recruiting in London and work alongside the HR team, reporting to VP Talent Acquisition and solely be responsible for the recruitment activities in EMEA.


Requirements

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Full Cycle Technical Recruitment: Prepare Job Description,  sourcing technical candidates through various avenues, screen and interview prospective technical candidates and schedule interviews, assessments. Provide feedbacks, offer process and onboarding.
  • Social Network Savvy: Leveraging innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify and attract the right prospects and build a strong technical pipeline of candidates. Use recruitment marketing platforms to launch recruitment campaigns, optimize upon the open-source tool and technologies to build in networks.
  • Talent Advisor: working hand-in hand with the business leaders and hiring manager by providing them with the talent strategies and market intelligence. Open to share new ideas, local market knowledge and take complete ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative: This is one of the most critical cross functional for the Corporate Recruiter roles who will align and partner with HRBP and other key stakeholders in UK.
  • Process Driven: Drive fair and consistent evaluation process by maintain necessary documentation/data integrity and reports using the internal ATS. Capable of running the weekly meeting with the hiring managers on a data driven discussions and pipeline updates.
  • Market Information- awareness of competitive market landscape within UK region including emerging startup companies, modern technology knowledge to hire the right talent including attending University career fairs and participate in recruiting events.

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in full life cycle technical recruiting, preferred from FinTech or IT Sector.
  • Strong presentation and recruiting skills including negotiation, offer and onboarding of New Hires.
  • Subject matter expertise and knowledge of current trends in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, training, diversity hiring and systems.
  • Capable of managing and support multiple business functions within the region - Product & Development, Client Services, Sales, Marketing.
  • Open to work in a Hybrid Environment.
