About You

As a Technical Analyst, you will have a sound technical foundation to implement and integrate our trading platform on client site, with an emphasis on technical support.

• Implementation and integration of greenfield solutions
• Client services and managing relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Work across functions with stakeholders
  
• Own the Technical Support function
• Provide valuable insight on client projects
• Take a hands on approach to solution design and architecture

Experience required

Essential:

• Escalation management
• Programming experience
• Scripting, C++, SQL, Linux / Unix
• Strong analytical skills
• Methodical / analytical
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• Global equities trading business knowledge
• Working within global teams
• Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall
