The Team

The EMEA HR team supports the London office as well as delivering and contributing to Global HR projects. We are a small fast paced team that delivers across the full HR remit. We pride ourselves in delivering an exceptional service to our client group.

 

About You

You will have previous experience in the HR field, be that in as admin or assistant position. You will have a keen interest in HR and understand the importance of delivering an exceptional service to your client group. You will be the first point of contact for employees and line managers on all HR issues and queries, and to support the administrative and operational activities within the HR department.

Requirements

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing contracts, offer letters, confirmations of resignations, leaver calculations, exit interviews etc.
  • Administration of benefit schemes and coordinating with providers
  • Processing of monthly payroll changes accurately, we use ADP Freedom!
  • Logging, sourcing and scheduling training as required
  • Maintaining the HR system ‘bamboo HR’
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts, references, resignation letters etc.
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any day to day HR related queries
  • Contribute to local and global HR projects / initiatives as required
  • Assist with recruitment in the absence of the internal recruiter
  • CIPD certified / Degree level qualification
  • Available to start from 14th September 2020
