About You:
As a hands-on HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-paced IT environment, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, and employee support. You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle in a fast-paced IT environment.
Manage onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and employee records
Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and compensation support
Work on HRIS (BambooHR or similar) for data accuracy and reporting
Vendor Management - HR/Admin vendors and stakeholder coordination (Finance, IT, Admin)
Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness
Support recruitment activities, offer rollouts, and background verification
Handle employee queries, letters, and HR operations tasks
Support Employees Travels & coordinate Visa process & paperwork.
Employee Benefits co-ordination as required, preferably
Job requirements
5 to 6 years HR Generalist experience in IT/Software industry
Based in Pune; comfortable with work from office ( 5 days )
Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience
Hands-on with HRIS tools and Payroll processes, HR Audits & Compliance
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Stable career background
Immediate/Early joiners preferred
