About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ITOM Engineer to join our FinTech operations team. The role involves implementing and managing IT Operations Management tools and processes to ensure stability, compliance, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and communication skills to deliver operational excellence in a regulated environment.

Success in this role will require strong experience in ITOM & ITIL, problem solving, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, accountability and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail. Your experience and knowledge will be instrumental in helping FlexTrade to manage & monitor the Art of state IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage ITOM tools (monitoring, alerting, discovery, automation).

• Manage platforms such as Lansweeper, SolarWinds, OpsRamp, and certificate lifecycle systems.

• Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.

• Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes and service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational governance.

• Deliver reports and dashboards for IT leadership.

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

• 6+ years of IT Operations Management experience (FinTech preferred).

• Hands-on expertise with Lansweeper, SolarWinds, OpsRamp, and certificate management.

• Strong understanding of ITOM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

   

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v4 certification.

• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

• Experience of Configuration Management Systems

• Experience in ITOM initiatives.
