About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Engineer to join our SaaS team. The role involves implementing and managing ITSM and ITOM tools and processes to ensure stability, compliance, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and communication skills to deliver operational excellence in a regulated environment.

Success in this role will require strong experience in ITOM & ITIL, problem solving, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, accountability and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail. Your experience and knowledge will be instrumental in helping FlexTrade to manage & monitor the IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine configuration changes, upgrades, and patching across ITSM platforms.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

• Ensure platform stability, performance, and security through regular health checks and maintenance activities.

• Integrate monitoring tools to provide real-time visibility into IT assets and services

• Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning for the ITSM platforms.

• Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes and service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational governance.

• Deliver reports and dashboards for IT leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

6+ years of ITSM experience (FinTech preferred).

Hands-on expertise with Lansweeper, SolarWinds, OpsRamp, and certificate management.

Experience in an enterprise IT infrastructure setting.

Strong understanding of ISTM & ITOM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• ITIL v4 certification.

• Scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python) for automation.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

• Experience with CMDB design and maintenance
