Overview

  • As a Vice President Multi-Asset Sales (Buy Side), you will contribute to generating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with the buy-side clients across various asset classes, such as equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.

  • You will leverage your extensive knowledge of EMS/OMS/OEMS and the buy-side workflow to demonstrate the value proposition of our innovative and market-leading solutions, such as our multi-asset trading platform, our low-latency execution network, and our advanced analytics and data tools.

  • You will work closely with our product, engineering, and client service teams to provide feedback, insights, and solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.

  • You will report to our Managing Director for EMEA and collaborate with other sales teams across regions and segments.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets for the buy-side segment in your assigned territory.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and leads across the buy-side.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at existing and potential clients, as well as with industry partners and intermediaries.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our EMS/OEMS solutions and how they can enhance the client's trading performance and efficiency.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and close deals in a timely and professional manner.

  • Gather and communicate market intelligence, client feedback, and product requirements to our product, engineering, and client service teams, and act as a liaison between the client and the internal stakeholders.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and promote our brand and thought leadership in the market.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and regulations in the EMS/OMS/OEMS space and the multi-asset trading landscape.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business, engineering or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the EMS/OMS/OEMS space, preferably on the buy-side.

  • Strong knowledge of the buy-side workflow and the multi-asset trading environment, including the market structure, execution strategies, liquidity sources, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Proficient in using EMS/OMS/OEMS platforms and tools, such as execution algorithms, algo wheels, smart order routers, market data feeds, and post-trade analytics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex and technical concepts clearly and compellingly.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a high degree of initiative and ownership.

  • Team player, with the ability to collaborate and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders across different levels and functions.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally to other regions.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
