About You:

Recruitment Coordinator for APAC & EMEA  is one of the most critical role within our Recruitment function and will be responsible for all the Recruitment Operation tasks including but not limited to scheduling & coordinating interviews (Video or Onsite), managing & maintaining ATS, weekly reports, capturing Minutes of the meetings, attending intake meetings and auditing job postings. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic. This position will report to Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC and will partner and collaborate with the regional Corporate Recruiters from APAC and EMEA.

  1. Interview Coordination:
    • Take complete ownership and accountability of scheduling interviews and seamlessly coordinating with our interview panels for both Video and Onsite interviews.
    • Ensure a smooth interview process and be present Onsite for In-Person interviews keeping the Candidate experience as the top priority.
    • Provide support to corporate recruiters throughout the recruiting process in EMEA, India, and Singapore.
  2. Evaluating Resumes:
    • Provide additional support to Corp Recruiters by Reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ qualifications.
    • Identifying potential matches for open positions and provide details to the Corporate Recruiters.
  3. Managing and maintaining ATS:
    • Maintain ATS to ensure Data Integrity and compliance.
    • Online Test Administration and provide results to the Hiring Manager through ATS
    • updating candidates' status on the interview progress and ensuring accurate updates in ATS.
    • Audit job postings and ensure job accuracy in the ATS.
  4. Operational Support:
    • Support Corp Recruiters during Career Fair and Campus hiring initiatives.
    • Handling administrative tasks related to hiring, such as Feedback follow-up, and collecting the required documents from candidates.
    • Maintaining weekly reports, capturing minutes of the meetings, and attending the recruitment intake meetings.
    • Participate in the Employee Referral program within APAC & EMEA.
  5. Efficient Communication:
    • Communicating effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.
    • Demonstrating confidence, able to articulate well, and good presentation skills.
  6. Innovative Thinking:
    • Contributing creative ideas to improve the recruitment process.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  7. Timely Project Completion:
    • Demonstrating a track record of completing projects promptly.
    • Ensuring that recruitment efforts align with organizational goals.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or other functions
  • Experience of between 1 to 4  years as a Recruitment Coordinator (MUST).
  • Experienced working in ATS (Recruitee) will be preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), and presentation skills with an attitude to getting things done.
  • Ability to accommodate working hours with Time Zones between regions APAC & UK (MUST)
