The Opportunity 
As an Associate Buy Side Sales you will help the business achieve sales targets for the Pacific region. You will be responsible for the implementation of different sales campaigns or initiatives for the business. This may include qualifying inbound leads or managing outbound campaigns (both digital and outbound calls).

You will be expected to have extensive knowledge of FlexTrade products and services and be able to answer any questions from customers.

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated individual that is passionate about a career in sales. Sales experience is not a necessary, but attitude is a must.

Your Team

You will be working in our rapidly growing Sydney office, reporting to the VP Business Development. We provide a flexible working environment with a strong focus on training and development

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead Generation – Categorize clients and identify contacts to create campaigns.
  • Proactively contact new prospects through cold calling.
  • Contribute to the local business achieving annual revenue targets
  • Manage pipeline, opportunities, and activity updates via CRM
  • Identify opportunities to present customized solutions for our client. Including Product Demos.
  • Attend tradeshows and events. Demonstrating solutions and representing the company
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Be a positive representative of Flextrade in the marketplace and financial industry.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Technology
  • Capital market exposure is very useful. Particularly Equities and Futures.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
