FlexTrade introduced the first trading system that allowed clients to control and customize their propriety algorithms. We now have a varied product suite that includes new trading systems, risk-management, and analytical tools. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team with a mission to build the most trustworthy off-the-shelf trading system around the globe. FlexNOW is the youngest product within an established company and the business unit has a hands-on start-up mentality. The ideal candidate will be a key part of the agile team and will be fully involved in the entire growth process, from improving the product by collecting feedback to adding new clients to existing portfolio in the Americas region.

As a Sales Manager for Medium and Small size Hedge Funds and Asset Managers (Buy Side), you will be responsible for growing FlexNOW’s client base by identifying and acquiring Buy side clients below $10 Billion AUM. 

You will also:

  • Develop a plan to target, engage and close new business within Americas Buy Side community
  • Engage Buy Side Executives while offering a unique perspective that reframes their current thinking about their job and the trading platform they are using
  • Exceed revenue goals by closing new accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns to prospect and build new business while ensuring consistent messaging to customers


What you bring:

• Successful candidates will have a consistent history of being able to disrupt customers current thinking and build consensus across different type of stakeholders (Trading, COO, Compliance)
• You have a bachelor’s degree and possess at least 3 years of sales experience in a B2B Financial Industry environment, with proven success
• Financial knowledge and at least a basic understanding of different asset classes, in particular Equities, Futures and Options
• Independent and self-motivated
