Summary:

We are looking for Developers to handle support-related development in a large-scale, state-of-the-art, sell side order management system (Color Palette) and develop support tools, issue investigation and resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop specific features and improvements in C++, C#, Python, SQL, Windows.
• Develop software for monitoring and testing solutions.
• Answer email and (less frequently) phone calls from client services for general application support and troubleshooting.
• Investigate issues (using system logs, source code inspection, database querying, etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
• At least 2 years software development experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Very good communication skills to articulate ideas, problems, and solutions.
• Motivation and determination to achieve, learn and grow

Desired skills:

• FIX protocol knowledge / experience
• Experience with real-time Equity Trading systems.

Base Salary Range: $95,000-$130,000
