Summary:

We are looking for Client Services Developers to handle support-related development in a large-scale, state-of-the-art, multi-asset order management system and manage client interactions, issue investigation and resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop client-specific features and improvements in Scala, Java, Linux.
• Develop software monitoring and testing software solutions.
• Answer email and (less frequently) phone calls from clients for general application support and troubleshooting.
• Investigate issues (using system logs, source code inspection, database querying, etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science
• At least 2+ years software development experience in Scala/Java
• Fluency in concurrent programming
• Fluency with the Linux/Unix command-line environment
• Strong SQL knowledge and skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Prior financial services experience preferred
• Strong preference given to applicants with Buy-Side Order Management experience
