The Role

We are looking for a proactive fresh graduate who enjoys problem solving in a client facing role to grow our Support and Onboarding team.

A successful candidate will be comfortable working with a range of technologies with at least a basic understanding of programming languages.

They should be comfortable reading/writing JavaScript and SQL to support them in the role. 

They may occasionally work with developers in the team to communicate client requirements and ensure end products meet clients needs.

Experience with Linux/Unix or Windows servers would be a bonus.


The new member's daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client requests/queries over email and Phone
- Identifying incorrect vs expected behaviour of features
- Working with Brokers/vendors to onboard new FIX connections
- Liaising with Developers to fix raised issues
- Maintaining support documentation
- Responding to Monitoring alerts

What we expect from you:
- Communication skills, willing and able to speak with clients over email and phone in a professional manner
- Some programming language knowledge (JS, SQL)
- Some .NET or alike experience (able to read and understand code)Bonus skills:
- Financial/trading knowledge
- AWS web console management
- Config as code management
