SUMMARY:

FlexFX is FlexTrade’s FX EMS for the buyside. FlexFX offers industry leading execution, analytics and post-trade capabilities. As a FX Broker Relationship Manager, you will be the key point of contact for FX brokers globally. You will convey FlexFX’s value prop to brokers and further adoption of FlexFX platform. You will work closely with FX Sales helping them close deals and Client Services teams for broker engagement. You are self-motivated and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead FX liquidity provider (LP) relationships globally
• Develop and execute LP strategy
• Gain deep understanding of FlexFX buyside and sellside
• Conduct demos of FlexFX to LPs
• Create monthly reports and conduct meetings with LPs
• Generate leads from LPs and third parties
• Work closely with FX sales from all regions
• Work closely with Client Services teams for LPs onboarding
• Maintain broker pipeline in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Able to travel to LP and customer locations

• Deep understanding of institutional FX workflows from execution to settlement
• Existing relationships with liquidity providers
• Familiarity with customer metrics values to LPs
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Over 5 years of FX experience working in a similar role at Banks
• EMS / OMS vendor experience is a plus
• Good understanding of electronic FX execution
• Comfortable operating at the highest level independently and across regions
