Role

FlexTrade Systems is looking for an experienced sales person focused on asset managers and hedge funds to grow its client base for its flagship product. As AVP/VP Buy Side Sales you will be responsible for the revenue growth of the multi-asset, automated, broker neutral EMS and OMS across Asia.

You will be accountable for regional partnerships and expected to groom new ones. It is important to work closely with the product team to ensure a consistent development and marketing approach leading to adoption and revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Actively building and managing a sales pipeline through proactive hunting/prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Collaborating with the global sales teams
  • Managing the local relationships
  • Leading and driving solution and pricing proposals addressing all aspects of the software application
  • Participating in the creation, presentation, and sale of a complete value proposition

Requirements

  • Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in new business sales in Trading Technology space.
  • Sound understanding of trading workflows for Equity and Futures. FX/ FI are a plus
  • Capable to demonstrate the EMS and OMS solution and qualify opportunities
  • Ability to successfully work with product and technology team
  • Ability to perform independently
